Carts4U will accept returns of our products through the following protocol:

Do not return any shipment until you have received an authorization number, instructions on where to send the return, and how it should be shipped.

Request a return authorization within 10 days of your order. Returns are at the customer’s costs. Choose your carrier and return the shipment prepaid. Depending on the item, its condition, and the reason for the return, returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Returned products must be in new or sale condition to receive a refund.
